We were happy to be invited to the chingay to do live silkcsreen printing at the carnival activity area opened to public for everyone who came by to try out in a hands-on experience at silk screen printing!
Chingay 2020 brings to you “Colours in Harmony”, a dynamic showcase of our multiculturalism and diversity. 6,000 performers involved in presenting this People’s Parade marking PA’s 60 years of community building.

WHAT IS SILK SCREEN PRINTING?

A definite hit with the crowd! Get immersed in the experience of silk screen printing by doing it yourself! It may look easy but it takes a certain skill level to produce the perfect print result.
Two design options were available for participants to choose from, one of them was a design created by a student, a winner of a design competition allowed her to show case her piece on totebags hand screen printed by participants of the chingay 2020 carnival!
