What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary depending on the printing method and product type. if it’s a simple design MOQ is as low as 5 T-shirts!

What file format should I submit?
AI, PDF, PSD, or high-resolution PNG files work best.

Do you help with artwork checking or fixing?
Yes. We’ll review your artwork and flag any issues before printing.

Can you help design my artwork?
Yes, basic design assistance is available. Custom design services are also offered.

What resolution should my artwork be?
We recommend at least 300 DPI at actual print size.

What printing method is best for my design?
It depends on colours, fabric, and quantity. Simple designs work best with silkscreen, while gradients and photo prints suit heat transfer or sublimation.

Can you print on customer-supplied apparel?
Yes, but print quality and durability depend on the fabric type and condition.

What fabrics do you print on?
We print on cotton, polyester, TC blends, dri-fit, Lacoste, and more.

Is the print durable? Will it crack or peel?
When printed with the right method and cared for properly, our prints are made to last.

How long does printing take?
Standard turnaround is usually a few working days, depending on order size and method.

Do you offer urgent or express printing?
Yes — rush orders are available subject to availability.

Yes, we offer local delivery within Singapore, as well as self-collection.

When should you pay?
After confirming the artwork, full payment required as confirmation of the order. Special payment terms are only offered to companies and official organizations (30days/60days)
